Continuing Care Beyond IHAN Clinics
After ten straight months of delivering free integrative health care to Los Angeles’ fire service community — including many who responded to the Eaton and Palisades Fires and faced unprecedented environmental toxic exposure and trauma — IHAN is now transitioning away from running regular on-site clinics.
During this time, our team built a trusted network of highly skilled integrative health practitioners — naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and other clinicians — to support firefighters’ long-term recovery and resilience. These providers have extensive experience serving the fire service population, having worked directly in our IHAN-led wellness and detox programs.
Going forward, we are shifting from IHAN-run clinics to referrals within this vetted community of practitioners throughout the greater Los Angeles area. All services are private-pay, and some providers may offer first responder discounts when possible. While payment structures will vary, you can feel confident you’re connecting with clinicians who understand the unique exposures, health challenges, and culture of the fire service — and who have stood alongside firefighters during wildfire response and recovery.
